TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS

This facility is intended for the production of high-quality aluminum joinery (windows, doors, element facades, or interior). Our company works strictly according to EU regulations, as well as the latest technology and materials, dedicated and educated workers and management team helps us provide a high quality and safe product every time.

We always follow modern architectural trends, strictly use high-quality materials from renowned producers (Raynaers) and we can turn basically any idea into reality.

Besides the standard, structural and nonstructural facades, we offer ventilated facades – made out of composite AL panels ( etalbond, alukobond ), plate materials (such as trespa, fundermax, parklex), granite and ceramic plates.

Characteristics:

• The production process of aluminum constructions is fully automated. For this production facility, we use only Elumatec machines.
• Production facility size: 4.300m2
• Production capacities: 120 units/per 8-hour shift
• Processing of aluminum and PVC profiles (and profiles such as wood-aluminum and aluminum-wood).
• Unique CIM production concept
  Latest software tools (PerSuite, Orgdata, Elusoft)
